Dr. Cesari was raised in Elmira, NY, where he received a BS degree from Elmira College. He received his DMD from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, Boston, MA. After a one year Dental Residency at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield, MA, Dr. Cesari moved back to Elmira to set up his practice in 1981, at the same address where his father started his Oral Surgery practice in 1955.

Our practice stresses preventive and gentle dental care, while maintaining the most current evidence-based dentistry and technology.
